The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the upcoming Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Banks will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as per the tentative schedule provided below.

Pay the Examination Fee Through Online Fee Mode Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, E Wallet, Cash Card, IMPS and E Challan Fee Mode.

Age limit: As on ( 01.10.2025)

Minimum: 20 years

Maximum: 30 years

i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1995 and not later than 01.10.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Emoluments and Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹23,700 to ₹42,020 per month
  • Annual Increment: ₹980 for 7 years, ₹1,145 for 2 years, ₹1,300 for 2 years, ₹1,480 for 7 years
  • Total Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹55,000 to ₹65,000 (varies by bank and location)
  • Benefits: PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Leave Travel Concession, House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance

Educational Qualification

Minimum Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government
  • Those who are in the final year of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that they must have completed the graduation process before the main examination

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Examination (100 marks)

    • English Language (30 marks)
    • Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks)
    • Reasoning Ability (35 marks)
  2. Main Examination (200 marks)

    • Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (60 marks)
    • General/Economy/Banking Awareness (40 marks)
    • English Language (40 marks)
    • Data Analysis & Interpretation (60 marks)
  3. Interview (100 marks)

    • Candidates who qualify in the Main Examination will be called for Interview
  4. Provisional Allotment

    • Based on the performance in Main Examination and Interview
