Solution:

  • I. $ \sqrt{25x^{2}}-125=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 5x-125=0 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=25 $ II. $ \sqrt{361}y+95=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 19y+95=0 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ y=-,5 $

$ \therefore $ $ x>y $
