  • Total number of students, who qualified in the exam from school P over all the years together. $ =(85+80+95+65+40+90)\times 100 $ $ =45500 $ Total number of students, who qualified in the exam from both the schools together in 2006 and 2007 together $ =(80+50+95+80)\times 100 $ $ =30500 $

$ \therefore $ Required percentage $ =\frac{45500}{30500}\times 100\approx 149 $ %
