$ \Rightarrow $ One day’s work of 160 men = 1 day’s work of 256 women
$ \Rightarrow $ 5M = 8W
$ \therefore $ 5M and 8W = 16W
$ \therefore $ $ \frac{8}{16}=\frac{x}{32} $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\frac{8\times 32}{16}=16days $
