Solution:

  • $ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{16}{48}\times \frac{15525}{5750}=\frac{45}{x} $

$ \therefore $ $ x=\frac{45\times 48\times 5750}{16\times 15525}=50 $ and given that daily wages of a man are double that of a woman. Hence, number of men = 25
