I. $ p^{2}-7p+12=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ p^{2}-4p-3p+12=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ p,(p-4)-3,(p-4)=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ (p-3)(p-4)=0 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ p=3, $ $ 4 $ II. $ q^{2}-3q+2=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ q^{2}-2q-q+2=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ q(q-2)-1(q-2)=0 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ (q-2)(q-1)=0 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ q=1, $ $ 2 $
