  • Let the two numbers be x and y. $ \frac{75}{100}\times x=\frac{5}{8}y $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{x}{y}=\frac{5}{8}\times \frac{100}{75}=\frac{20}{24}=\frac{5}{6} $
