Solution:

  • $ \frac{25000\times 4\times r}{100}=\frac{2}{10}\times 25000 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 1000\times r=5000 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ r=\frac{5000}{1000}=5% $
