Solution:

[c] Let population in year 2011 = x

$ \therefore $ Population in year 2012 $ =x+\frac{x\times 8}{100}=\frac{27x}{25} $ Now, population in year 2013 $ =\frac{27x}{25}+\frac{27x}{25}\times \frac{15}{100}=\frac{621x}{500} $ According to the question, $ =\frac{621x}{500}=93771 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\frac{93771\times 500}{621}=151\times 500 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=75500 $
