$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{{{(0.8)}^{8}}}{{{(0.8)}^{9}}}\times {{(0.8)}^{4}}={{(0.8)}^{x+3}} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ {{(0.8)}^{3}}={{(0.8)}^{x+3}} $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x+3=3 $

$ \therefore $ $ x=0 $
