Solution:

Let side of the square be a m. Then, length of rectangle $ =4+a $ Breadth of rectangle $ =a-4 $ Area of square $ =576=a^{2} $ $ a=\sqrt{576}=24,m $ Area of rectangle $ =(24+4)(24-4) $ $ =(28)(20)=560,m^{2} $
