Solution:

  • $ 4x+3x+40=180 $
    $ \Rightarrow , $ $ 7x=180-40 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 7x=140\Rightarrow x=20{}^\circ $

$ \therefore $ $ 4x=80{}^\circ $ $ \angle COD=4x=4\times 20=80{}^\circ $
