Solution:

Let the present age of Y be t yr. Then, present age of X is $ (3t+3). $ Z’s present age Now, $ (3t+3)-2t=12 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ t=9,yr $

$ \therefore $ Present age of $ Z=18,yr $
