Let the depth of hole be h m. According to the question, Volume of soil needed = Volume of the hole $ 48\times 31.5\times \frac{6.5}{10}=27\times 18.2\times h $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ h=\frac{48\times 31.5\times 6.5}{27\times 18.2\times 10}=2,m $
