Solution:

Perimeter of square $ =2\times 2,(8+7)=60m $ $ 4a=60,cm $

$ \therefore $ $ a=15,cm $ Diameter of circle = 15 cm

$ \therefore $ Radius = 7.5 cm Circumference of semi-circle $ =\pi r+2r $ $ =\frac{22}{7}\times 7.5+2\times 7.5=38.57,cm $
