Let the leak can drain out water in x h. Then, according to the question, $ \frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{x}=\frac{2}{7} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{1}{x}=\frac{1}{3}-\frac{2}{7} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{1}{x}=\frac{7-6}{21}=\frac{1}{21} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{1}{x}=\frac{1}{21} $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=21,h $
