Solution:

  • Let the numbers be 3x and 4x. Then, HCF $ \times $ LCM = First number $ \times $ Second number

$ \therefore $ $ 2028=3x\times 4x $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x^{2}=\frac{2028}{12}=169 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=13 $

$ \therefore $ Sum of numbers $ =(3\times 13)+(4\times 13) $ $ =39+52=91 $
