Show Answer

Answer:

Correct Answer: A

Solution:

  • Let the amount Raghu invested be Rs. x Then, amount invested by Mohit $ =x\times \frac{90}{100}=\frac{9x}{10} $ Now, amount invested by Pradeep $ =\frac{9x}{10}\times \frac{120}{100}=\frac{108x}{100}=\frac{27x}{25} $

$ \therefore $ $ x+\frac{9x}{10}+\frac{27x}{25}=17880 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{50x+45x+54x}{50}=17880 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 149x=17880\times 50 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\frac{894000}{149} $

$ \therefore $ $ x=Rs.,6000 $
