Solution:
- Let first number be x.
and second number = y
Then, $ 8^{2}-y^{2}=15 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ 64-y^{2}=15 $
$ y^{2}=49 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ y=\sqrt{49}=7 $
Again, $ x^{2}+y^{3}=568 $
$ x^{2}+7^{3}=568 $ [on putting value y = 7]
$ x^{2}+343=568 $
$ x^{2}=225 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\sqrt{225}=15 $
Hence, three-fifth of the first number $ =\frac{3}{5}\times 15=9 $
