Solution:

Let number of men and women working in HR department be x and 3x, respectively. Then, $ x+3x=14 $ % of 1800

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 4x=252 $

$ \therefore $ Number of women in HR department $ =3\times 63=189 $

$ \therefore $ Total number of employees in HR department = 252

$ \therefore $ Required ratio = 189: 252 = 3: 4
