$ \therefore $ $ y=\frac{my _2+ny _1}{m+n} $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ 0=\frac{m(2)+n(-,3)}{m+n} $ $ 2m-3n=0 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{m}{n}=\frac{3}{2} $
