  • Total score of seven can be obtained, when the two dice on rolling simultaneously shows the result $ (1,6), $ $ (2,5), $ $ (3,4), $ $ (4,3), $ $ (5,2) $ and $ (6,1) $

$ \therefore $ $ n(E)=6 $ Total number of possible outcomes are $ =6\times 6=36=n(S) $ $ P(A)=\frac{n(E)}{n(S)}=\frac{6}{36}=\frac{1}{6} $
