Solution:

Distance covered by Ashok in $ 2h=2\times 39=78,km. $ Remaining distance $ =637-78=559km. $ Time taken $ \text{=}\frac{Total,distance,to,cover}{Relativevelocity}=\frac{559}{86}=6.5,h $

$ \therefore $ Meeting time $ =10am+6.5h=4:30,pm $
