Show Answer

Answer:

Correct Answer: B

Solution:

  • In 36 days 12 men can do 1 complete work. In 36 days 12 women can do $ \frac{3}{4}th $ of the work. Since, time and the number of persons is the same in both cases. 1 woman’s daily work $ =\frac{3}{4}th $ of 1 man’s daily work 8 women’s daily work $ \frac{3}{4}\times 8=6 $ men’s daily work 10 men + 8 women’s dally work $ =\text{(10},men+6,\text{men)} $ = 16 men’s daily work

$ \therefore $ 12 men can do the work is 36 days,

$ \therefore $ 16 men can do the work $ =36\times \frac{12}{16}=27,days. $
