  • Given, $ \frac{4x+y}{x+4y}=2/3 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 3(4x+y)=2(x+4y) $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 10x=5y $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ 2x=y $

$ \therefore $ $ \frac{x+4y}{4x+y}=\frac{x+4(2x)}{4x+2x}=\frac{9x}{6x}=\frac{3}{2} $
