$ =\frac{5}{11}of\text{(22} $ % $ of\text{84000)} $ $ =\frac{5}{11}\times \frac{22}{100}\times 84000=8400 $
$ \therefore $ Required percentage $ =\frac{10080-84000}{8400}\times 100=20 $ %
