Solution:

  • $ \frac{Quantityofpuremilk}{Quantityofwater}=\frac{3}{0.6}=\frac{30}{6}=\frac{5}{L} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 5:1=25 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=5L $
