$ =3\times 68+26\times 2.5 $
$ =204+65=269 $
Now, second highest score is less than 85.
Let second highest score is 84.
Then, the least highest score $ =269-84=185 $

Highest score $ =185-83=102 $
Hence, value of the highest score should be 102.
