Solution:

Let the amount Raghu invested be Rs. x. Then, amount invested by Mohit $ =x\times \frac{90}{100}=\frac{9x}{10} $ Now, amount invested by Pradeep $ =\frac{9x}{10}\times \frac{120}{100}=\frac{108x}{100}=\frac{27x}{25} $

$ \therefore $ $ x+\frac{9x}{10}+\frac{27x}{25}=Rs\text{. 17880} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{100x+90x+108x}{100}=17880 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 298x=17880\times 100 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\frac{17880\times 100}{298} $

$ \therefore $ $ x=60\times 100=Rs\text{. 6000} $
