$ \Rightarrow $ $ 136+\sqrt{\frac{1896}{100}}+\sqrt{\frac{18496}{10000}} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 136+\frac{136}{10}+\frac{136}{100} $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ 136+13.6+1.36=150.96 $
