Solution:

  • Since, the amount received by each officer is Rs. 25000. Hence, 5 ratio = 25000 (each) $ 3\text{ratio=}\frac{25000}{5}\times 3=15000 $ (each) Now, the total amount to be distributed $ =45\times 25000+80\times 15000 $ $ =1125000+1200000 $ $ =2325000=Rs\text{. 23}\text{.25}lakh $
