A : B : C $ =[(60\times 6)+(40\times 3)+(48\times 3)]: $ $ [(40\times 6)+(60\times 6)]:[(20\times 9)+(12\times 3)] $ $ =(360+120+144):(240+360):(180+36) $ $ =624:600:216=26:25:9 $ Total rent must to be paid at the chord of the year $ =2160\times 12=Rs\text{. 25920} $ Rent paid by $ C=\frac{9}{60}\times 25920=Rs\text{. 3888} $
