Solution:

Let the total distance between town A and town B be $ xkm. $ Distance remaining = 70% of 60% of 50% of $ x=210 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{7}{100}\times \frac{60}{100}\times \frac{50}{100}\times x=210 $

$ \Rightarrow $ $ x=\frac{210\times 10\times 10\times 10}{7\times 6\times 5}=1000km $
