Solution:

As A is helped by B and C every third day. A works for 3 days while B and C work for 1 day in every three days.

$ \therefore $ Work done by A, B and C in 3 days $ =\frac{3}{20}+\frac{1}{30}+\frac{1}{60}=\frac{12}{60}=\frac{1}{5} $ So, A, B and C in 3 days can do $ \frac{1}{5} $ of the work, Hence, A, B and C complete the work in 15 days.
