Solution:

  • According to the question, 12.5% of profit $ =\frac{12.5}{100}\times 880=Rs\text{.}110 $ Remaining Rs. 770 is divided in the ratio $ =5000:6000=5:6 $

$ \therefore $ Profit of Anu $ =\frac{5}{11}\times 770+110=Rs\text{. 460} $ and profit of Bimla $ =\frac{6}{11}\times 770=Rs\text{.}420 $
